Hello everyone, my name is Minh Thi Minh Thanh, class of K29, Buon Ma Thuot.
The model I chose today is a 12-sided square model to teach multidimensional shapes.
The reason I chose this model is because, as we know, there are 5 types of multidimensional shapes.
However, square, rectangular, or rectangular shapes are very easy to draw.
Square, rectangular, or rectangular shapes are more difficult to draw.
So, to give students an objective view of this model, I chose to make a model of practical objects.
The tools I prepared here are milk glue,
a ruler,
clear glue,
scissors,
markers,
compass,
and the main tool is colored paper.
To create a 12-sided square model, first we need to draw a rectangle.
First, we draw a circle at the intersection of the two corners.
Next, we draw the center of the rectangle on the right hand side like this.
Take this intersection as the center and the radius is the distance from the intersection to the intersection of the circle and the rectangle.
We draw a circle.
This circle will cut the rectangle at one point.
At this time, the distance from the initial intersection of the circle with the rectangle and the intersection of this rectangle is the length of the edge of the rectangle we are looking for.
We will draw 5 edges of the rectangle.
We use the method of connecting 5 edges together to get a rectangle with 5 edges.
So we have created a rectangle.
Now we will cut 12 rectangles like this.
After cutting 12 rectangles like this, we will arrange them like this and use clear tape to fix them together.
Next, we will use clear tape to fix these rectangles together.
After fixing 12 rectangles like this, we will arrange them like this and use clear tape to fix them together.
After fixing 12 rectangles like this, we will have a 12-sided rectangle.
As we know, this is a 12-sided rectangle.
It is a 5-sided rectangle because each side has 5 edges.
Interestingly, this 12-sided rectangle corresponds to 12 months in a year.
So we can use this rectangle to create 12-sided rectangles.
Each side corresponds to 1 month in a year.
This rectangle is very interesting.
However, due to the limited time, I have not found a suitable size for this rectangle.
