Welcome, dear viewers, to our show Naturmedicine.
Today I'm going to talk to André Simon about cell aging.
How we can create a system that regulates the hormones in our body,
that can regenerate our cells and what the thought patterns have to do with it.
And how easy it is for neurologists, doctors and psychologists to work with this system.
That's what you're going to find out today. Stay tuned.
Hello, dear André. Nice to have you here.
Thank you for the invitation.
Today it's about aging.
Yes.
And this topic, you always notice it when you have worked with people psychologically
and it was successful.
You also see in your meetings, when people come to you,
that the face has changed afterwards.
The eyes look different.
Some wrinkles are gone all of a sudden.
The skin color has changed.
You may see a tenderness in some people.
Or what fades away, what goes away.
The attitude.
And the attitude.
I had a client who was 13 and she went to the table like an 80-year-old woman.
And then I did two exercises with her and she suddenly had a candle-like attitude.
Suddenly she wanted candles.
Within seconds and was excited.
Because the self-esteem was excited by the exercises I did with her.
And Elisabeth Blackburn researched for years,
won the Nobel Prize in 2009 for the discovery that we can produce a telomerase, an enzyme,
that slows down the cell aging process.
So this is the DNA, the double helix.
And here are the gene switches.
The two eyes are the gene switches.
Because 98% of the genes have gene switches.
And down here, which is also called the larynx, are the telomeres.
And we are born with 30,000 base pairs.
So what I'm telling you now is from psychoneuroimmunology.
And Christian Schubert also wrote in his book,
if we have a good year now, with relatively normal stress.
Because stress is not bad in itself.
If you stand in front of the saber-toothed tiger and the amygdala says,
you don't have to be afraid, and he's hungry, you're stupid.
So if the amygdala, the fear center, falls out, it's bad for operations.
And he's not afraid anymore.
And then he sets fire to a stove because he's not afraid.
So that's why it's a very strong thing.
Feelings are already good.
And also the negative feelings have their justification.
But what's interesting is,
in a good year we lose 30 to 60 base pairs.
We are born with 30,000 base pairs.
Losing 30 to 60 base pairs can cause pain.
In high stress, chronic stress, toxic stress,
where I have toxic stress in many people who have chronic diseases.
Then they found out,
in a study with mothers with severely disabled children,
they aged four years and 17 years.
So you can do a blood test.
There is a laboratory in Mainz,
where they can measure the telomere length.
They can find out for a laboratory examination,
what their actual age is.
Biologically and their actual age.
Biologically and actually.
So they can see,
either they are 50,
I'm 50, but I'm often considered younger.
So you can say,
very likely I'm producing a telomerase,
because I look much younger.
Why?
Because I have a lot of thoughts,
that make me feel positive.
So I have a lot of happiness hormones,
less stress hormones.
So I will probably be,
biologically speaking,
much younger.
Because you look at the person.
And some people you ask,
and they say,
I'm 20 and he looks like 40.
Yes.
That means,
it can not only go in one direction,
it does not produce a telomerase.
And then Elisabeth Blackburn wrote a manifesto,
what are the most important factors,
so that I am able,
to produce this enzyme myself.
And all these factors,
I have by combination,
put in the environment,
so that I am able,
to systematically produce the telomerase.
And the most important factor,
is the attitude to stress.
When I say,
these are all pitfalls,
pitfalls,
threats or challenges,
I decide for myself.
And these are growth steps,
of my personality.
These are all pitfalls.
But it has to do something emotional with you.
Yes.
If I do not react to it now,
then the pitfall is not in the case.
Then you look for another thought sentence,
where I then notice,
for example, that Alpaca,
either you are stronger than their external circumstances,
or you are stronger,
or the external circumstances are stronger than you.
So then you choose,
any thought sentence combination,
which then sees the stress,
as a growth chance.
I have different thoughts.
So if the pitfall in you,
would not trigger anything,
what happens with many,
it is very often used,
in picture stories,
because it brings out the best humus,
from the bottom of the ground.
Say the sentence again,
from the pitfall.
Threat or challenge,
I decide for myself.
Many are in the threat of existence.
And they do not even come up with the idea,
that as growth,
as a challenge to perceive.
And with this thought sentence,
when they have anchored it,
the pitfall,
then they come into the situation at all,
to say, hey,
that's a challenge,
that's not just a threat.
They do not come out of this pattern before.
And with the pitfall,
they come out and say,
hey, I can look at it differently.
I can decide for myself,
whether this remains a threat,
or whether I see it as a challenge.
And that is the most important factor.
Then we have the healthy diet,
is also a factor
for the telomerase.
Then three times
45 minutes of sport,
so the antelope,
keep you healthy
and do something for it.
The rabbit has the thought sentence,
healthy diet is important.
Then seven to eight hours of sleep,
is the fourth factor.
That's the seven-sleeper for me,
with good sleep
promotes regeneration,
regeneration,
regeneration.
And then the fifth,
also very important,
surround yourself
with people who do you good
and increase your quality of life.
That means,
when I am surrounded
always only with people
where everything is terrible,
everything is bad,
you are only surrounded
with people who say,
the fault, the fault,
hate, hate, hate.
Then I can still do the first four factors
well, then the external factors
can be so strong
that I still do not generate
a telomerase.
So these five thought sentences,
these five picture-sentence combinations,
when I make them
into one story
and at the end the frog,
it works.
So, threat or challenge,
decide for yourself.
Healthy nutrition is important.
Healthy sleep
promotes regeneration.
Keep your health
and do something about it.
Surround yourself with people
who do you good and increase your quality of life.
It works.
Or I activate
my inner doctor
after these five factors,
the axolotl,
activate your inner doctor
or use your self-healing powers
and then it works.
When I go into a restaurant
with this healthy nutrition
is important,
can I also
rephrase a sentence
that I say,
what do I mean,
fresh vegetables
renew your cells
or promote your beauty
or whatever,
if I don't react to this healthy nutrition.
Because
healthy nutrition
I always associate with these
GGE guidelines,
because I have a different coupling.
Yes, of course,
I have different thoughts
on the topic of nutrition.
And then you look for the sentences
that touch you personally.
Where you say,
you immediately notice
whether you have resistance or not.
And all my patients notice that.
And I also notice immediately
when I have a picture story,
nothing reacts.
And then I look for my doctor
and my therapist
who also use the system.
They also immediately look
for a solution
to incorporate a new thought.
And then they look first
which thought
you can't figure out.
For example, if you are anchored
and say healthy nutrition is important,
that's wrong.
But pay attention to a cell renewal
so that your body gets the impulses
it deserves.
Yes, exactly.
Something that goes more in resonance.
Or with liveliness.
You are the gain.
Live life.
Eat healthy.
Or
as I said,
make sure that the cell
gets the right impulses.
I have a thought sentence
with the chameleon.
Find out the thoughts
that send the wrong biochemical impulses
to the cell and give it new ones
so that the next cell generation
gets the right ones.
For example, the chameleon would be
the sentence.
I see the shining eyes.
And then I would incorporate
this thought sentence into the picture.
Now, rejuvenation
and cell renewal is one aspect.
But nevertheless
the topic of weight
or optics
on the outside
is also an important factor for many.
That you say
why can't I lose weight?
Or why doesn't a musculature build up?
Or
there are also
systems.
Yes, of course.
Behind every disease
there is a pattern of self-judgment,
of self-injury.
And if
someone
wants to lose weight...
I had a client
who lost 20 kilos with the system
in one year.
And there was a central thought sentence
in this picture story.
Be grateful for your body.
Many build up
a protective layer
for the evil world.
And
they do it
consciously
through automatic conditioning.
And
in the picture story
it says, be grateful for your body.
Keep your health
and do something about it.
Become active.
Your abilities
will improve.
You will find
a safe way.
You can do it.
You did it well.
It works.
You can see how much love
is in there.
And you could also
strengthen
your self-confidence.
For example
you could start
to function or live
and strengthen your self-confidence.
Be grateful for your body.
Stick to it, because you can.
Keep your health
and do something about it.
Take time for yourself.
Share your pace.
And you will find
a safe way.
And it works.
Now we often have
taken over things.
We also said in an interview
epigenetically.
Interjections.
Or the subject of perpetrator interjections.
Describe it.
If a perpetrator
during this process
implements
his negative thoughts
to the victim.
And these are
perpetrator interjections.
And you can find
these thoughts
through the cuckoo
and the thought
that belongs to someone else.
And when the cuckoo becomes aware
you know this thought does not belong
and can leave.
Things are possible.
Especially in trauma therapy.
Especially when it comes to perpetrator interjections.
With this system
you have an excellent addition
to the previous things.
I think it is also important to say
that if you really work with the system
and you encounter
these sentences
or blockages or challenges
or you see
a place that reminds you
of this story.
Then the brain
really lets this animal
pop up.
In front of the inner eye.
Or it was also the beautiful story
with the woman.
The interesting thing here
is, for example, you have triggers.
And then I have
a sentence combination
Give the triggers the chance
to be different.
And then
it is
so that you
look
that you no longer
go into the same pattern.
I say
apart from
the perpetrator interjections
it is also the case that
I experience in my childhood
my grandfather was very
hard and very strict.
And at some point I experience
that I myself become like a grandfather.
I don't want that.
Then it touched me emotionally at the time.
Then he transferred
his thoughts to me.
And then I can
when I say
something I have
a feeling is an interjection.
So I have interjections.
I have thought patterns
where I say they are not mine.
Then I take that as a topic,
look for the pictures, get the thoughts
that represent this pattern.
And then I deliberately build new thoughts
so that I
the interjections, and of course
the look is always predestined.
And it's so great
when you have
in the picture history
the thoughts belong to someone else.
Wrong focus. You do your thing.
I do my thing.
Build your life
according to your own architecture.
Stick to it because you can.
You go your own way. You can do it.
You did it well. It works.
That means here you can see
a real deburring process
from the old patterns
to the new one.
Great.
But that also works
with anyone, right?
I can also do that with children.
What is it?
Assuming that children
when they are too young
can I hang the cards
in their room?
Of course.
I have already done many family coachings
with children who were six
and stayed for four hours
and for all the things
I have the handcuffs
it is so lively
and the children
look for their pictures
and they choose
many pictures.
It is not just four.
And they understand.
If I don't take long
scientific pictures
I only mention them
for the logically based people
because that is not enough.
You can do it.
But the frog for a child.
A four-year-old
asked me
with a smiley
you are the winner.
And I had
a three-year-old
who thought
you are the winner
could mean that she
resonated with it
because she probably
wasn't planned
or whatever.
But that would be
a thought pattern
or I am not wanted
or whatever.
And then
I had
a technique called
happy end effect
where you build a happy
end effect every day
with the most beautiful experiences
of your life.
And you write
on a piece of paper
what makes me happy
what I am thankful for
and what makes me the person
I am.
And there is a map
and there is the elephant
for gratitude, the lion
for inner strength and the marine beetle
and the lucky pig
for luck.
And if you write the map
because it says medicine for thoughts
on the paper it also says medicine
for thoughts. You put it on your photo
and then you write the things
which are for luck
gratitude and inner strength.
And the interesting thing is
when I have written it all down
when I have headaches and stomach aches
then I look at what I can do
out of these things.
Because when we are stressed
we only do one thing
but we don't have the facets
we don't have the choice.
And then I take advantage of it
that you do the activity
which was for luck and gratitude
but when I
fill out the paper
day by day
week by week
and have it all
then the most beautiful
experiences of life
are built in.
So my son wrote
under gratitude my body
and
under happiness
he wrote
pizza or whatever.
And
back then it was like
our inner strength was math.
He wasn't good at math.
Then he wrote it down
and it got better in math
by one grade.
Because he said
I can do math.
And it is like
when I have a story in my head
but I never write it down
it never ends.
When I write it down
it is a completely different attitude.
When I see the picture-sentence combinations
in two countries the museum therapy
the pure picture-sentence therapy
and this system
creates feelings
because the thought sentences are comprehensible.
These are just
associations
which are stored in the visual cortex
in the visual association at the back.
And therefore the telomerase
can be created by anyone of us
but it needs
the daily stimulation for it.
To say once
the attitude
I want to eat better.
I want a different attitude to stress.
I want to do 3x45 minutes of sport.
This is not enough
for a
from a neurological point of view
sustainable change.
But if the picture-sentence combinations
are set up
for the factors of the telomerase
then after a certain time
they become part of
a self.
Because these things
are triggered as commands
for the brain
and then
you are able to systematically
create the telomerase.
And all my clients
who have anchored 20-50
thought sentences
are much younger
according to their environment.
So you can see
the telomerase.
And what is interesting
when I have clients
that are only 4 hours
but in these 4 hours
most of them
come in
as a V
and they look like this
and also bent
and sit like this
and afterwards they sit like this
and say I have a confidence
I know
that it is for scientific reasons
not only for mental reasons
but all these
mechanisms and I know
how to change them
and I am looking forward to life
and they really look
a few years younger.
I had a client
who was a dialysis patient
and as soon as she went into the cradle
she looked 5 years older
and she laughed again
and she looked 5 years younger.
And this state is stabilized
by the picture-story.
That means how they
react at the end.
I had one
who went to a psychosomatic clinic
and the weekend before
we did this
and she was
totally through.
And then I have in one picture-story
that is the way
built in and suddenly
she was smiling
and said, wow, smiling for high
depression and goes to the clinic.
And she really wanted
to go to the clinic.
And suddenly she said
that reminds me of Star Wars
there is the new series
and they always say that is the way.
That's why I did it.
Then she opened up.
After two weeks
I get from this person
and the mother said
when she went up
that she had a completely different posture
she had a completely different relaxed face
she looked several years younger
she looked liberated
she looked relaxed.
That was gone after one day
because it can't be anchored
so quickly.
But then I get
the card after two weeks
where it says
on the card
the best of medicine
is the human being himself.
And then she thanked me
and gave me the book
of Lord of the Rings
and the book
of Lord of the Rings
and then again a money present
and said
grateful for my new life.
And when you do such things
and 39 years
goes to the clinic
and at the beginning of the conversation
I really did not think
that from this state
now after two weeks
in such a state
comes
then you see
how the biochemistry
on the new thoughts
how the brain, the heart
only waited for the new thoughts
and when the brain sees all the time
the environment becomes a safe place.
So beautiful.
You really have to experience it
I've had you here many times
and it's really
at the beginning
when you hear it
you think
you really have to experience it
and then also understand
what the sentences
really for emotions
and then as a result
all the hormonal processes
are triggered
and then so much healing also arises.
Because all the regulation mechanisms
can be changed.
Not only the hormones are changed
I also had a client
who had progesterone deficiency
and oestrogen surplus
after six months
completely adjusted.
Only through 15 new thoughts
she has the whole hormone
regulated.
But the autonomous nervous system
is changed, the vagus nerve
is stimulated differently,
the learned immune response is measured,
the telomerase is generated,
the gene switches
are changed,
the change of biochemistry,
the 60,000 biochemical impulses
didn't play a role
in school medicine.
60,000 impulses
don't do anything.
So 60,000 biochemical impulses
are
enormously important
that the neurobiology
finally, and that's why
the doctors who contact me
are so grateful
to finally have a tool
where they can deal with
psychological diseases,
and the human being
through the scientific findings
like the telomerase
then has a firm hold
and says it is
possible that I have
more telomeres again.
Because if I don't have telomeres anymore, I'm dead.
So that means if I
know that there is a cell aging
what should the
severely disabled women do
who in the study
knew they were aged 17
if they didn't know
that there is a telomerase?
In four years
they are aged 17.
What should they do?
But if they know
that there is a possibility
to create a telomerase,
then I can reverse that.
I can slow down the aging process.
And that's why it was so important to me
to talk about this topic today
that everyone knows,
everyone is able to
produce a telomerase.
But if I don't
do the behavior,
the factors of the telomerase
in my life, then I can't
produce a telomerase.
Great.
Once again really exciting.
We have to see
what my telomerase will do.
And I also have a picture story
at the end.
Okay, very quickly.
Bring clarity into your life
Okay.
You may accept
the happiness and love.
It belongs to you.
You wear the greatest protection
in yourself. It consists of self-worth,
self-love, self-compassion
and self-confidence.
Focus the focus of the new habit
on your desired identity
and it becomes part of you.
Minimal positive changes
per day become habits
that change life.
Let the others talk.
Go your way
and be compassionate to yourself.
That was nice.
Thank you, dear André.
And we'll see each other again soon.
Dear viewers,
I hope you were just as
touched by this last story
and may be able to
integrate. I wish you a good time.
Thank you for watching.
See you soon. Bye.
