Hello and welcome to the 4th day of the series, 7 days to live slowly, smell and relax.
In this video, Ngoc Anh will share with you how to use natural incense to relax.
The first method is simple and effective.
Cook a pot of boiling water, add the kind of scent you like.
Lemongrass, lemon, for example.
Orange peel, cinnamon, or grapefruit peel are also very comfortable.
If you don't have cinnamon, but have cinnamon powder, you can use cinnamon powder.
Wait for the water to boil, let the smell of the river rise.
Then turn off the stove, put the pot of water anywhere in the house you want to finish.
The smell can last up to more than a week.
I really like this method because every time I go to work, it's like going to the spa.
And when my house is tidy, comfortable, I like to stay at home to rest and relax,
more than wandering on the street.
The second is natural essential oil or candle lighting.
There are many types of essential oil, such as candle, electric, or water-breathing essential oil as I am using.
Just look at the water coming out or light the candle, I feel relaxed.
Every time I light a candle or turn on the essential oil,
I remind myself to put down the stress and focus on the present.
Lighting a candle or turning on the essential oil is like a ritual, reminding me to press the button of the mind.
Choose natural essential oil and candles with safe ingredients for your health.
Third, I really like to end and start a day by rubbing the essential oil on my skin.
I put lavender essential oil on the bed, rub a little on my skin at night.
Massage my hands like this.
Take a deep breath.
Then rub the essential oil on your body.
Or use the essential oil to massage your neck and shoulders.
It's like a way to take care of yourself after a long day.
No matter how my day goes, whether it's good or bad,
there are many things I haven't done, or I feel I'm not good enough,
I still want to end a peaceful day.
In the morning, sometimes I use essential oil instead of perfume.
The scent is very natural and relaxing.
There are many types of perfume that create a scent to stimulate a desire.
I don't feel very awake when I use perfume, so I use natural essential oil.
Using essential oil during the day also reminds me to slow down, relax and focus on the present.
Rub the essential oil in and take a deep breath.
Sometimes I feel like an old lady who often uses green oil.
The essential oil I use in the evening and in the morning,
before and after waking up, is Lavender Peace by Doterra.
In addition, there are some types of essential oil that are safe enough for you to put in food and drink.
I often use the scent of Lavender Peace by Doterra,
put it in tea to make it smell very awake,
or the scent of Lavender Pea by Doterra, put a few drops and a bottle of water to drink.
Choose the natural scent you like,
green tea, lavender, grapefruit, or perfume, a lot.
Today, not only try the natural essential oil,
but when you eat, drink, drink tea, coffee,
focus on these scents, remind yourself to slow down and relax.
