Medical school graduate surprised with prosthetic running leg

Dr. Andrea Szabo, a medical resident at HUP and CHOP, knows what it’s like to be a patient. Three and a half years ago, a seemingly random condition led to the amputation of her leg.

She learned to walk again thanks to a prosthetic leg. But it was difficult to run.

Today, her life was changed with a special surprise.
