Saline County, Arkansas - Arkansas State Police Trooper Foreman observes a speeding vehicle illegally pass other vehicles in a turning lane. He catches up to the speeding violator and attempts to conduct a traffic stop. The SUV initially refuses to stop. After a few moments, the vehicle pulls to the shoulder and you can see the driver and passenger switch seats. The original driver will exit the vehicle with the keys in his hand.

At the end of the video, the Trooper locates at least one open alcoholic beverage which he pours out in front of his camera.
