Hebei urban management officers unjustly punch a driver on the street

A few days ago, a video of violent law enforcement by the urban management team in Langfang Sanhe City, Hebei Province, went viral online in China. The footage showed some urban management officers stopping a van and beating the driver unreasonably. An officer cursed and punched the driver’s face in broad daylight, but the driver did not dare to resist.
