IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes

for the cream:
eggs - 2 pieces
sugar - 100 g (3.5 oz)
starch - 60 g (2 oz)
lemon peel - 5 g (0.18 oz)
lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)

condensed milk - 100 g (3.5 oz)
