whipping cream - 300 ml (10.14 fl oz)
milk - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
gelatine - 7 g (0.25 oz)
LEAVE 5 minutes
IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN 30 seconds
strawberries - 250 g (8.8 oz)
canned peaches - 250 g (8.8 oz)
TO COLD 10 minutes

for decoration:
coconut flakes - 20 g (0.7 oz)

for the ice latte:
boiled water - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
sugar - 15 g (½ oz)
black tea - 2 sachets
hot milk - 80 ml (⅓ cup)
