
马拉糕~无水无牛奶无麸质 No Water I No Milk I Gluten-free Ma Lai Gao
无水, 无牛奶, 无麸质粘米粉马拉糕, 口感特别好吃, 柔软蓬松. 制作简单。
No Water, No Milk, Gluten-free Ma Lai Gao, soft & fluffy, very delicious. anyone can make.
Instructions
1. pour castor sugar into eggs, mix well until sugar completely
dissolved.
2. add in rice flour , glutinous rice flour & yeast into the egg mixture,
then mix well, add in cooking oil , mix well again. sieve the batter.
then let it sit for 1 hour for fermentation. while waiting for the
batter to ferment, bring water to boil & prepare a bamboo basket ,
lay a parchment paper over it , cut to fit the basket
3. an hour later, add in baking powder & baking soda into the batter,
mix well.
4. pour the batter into the bamboo basket.
5. steam over high flame for 20 mins, off the flame, sit for 5 mins
before remove from the steamer.
Ingredients食材料:
120g rice flour 粘米粉
30g glutinous rice flour 糯米粉
90g dark brown sugar深红糖
4 eggs (65-67 g each with shell)鸡蛋(每粒65-67克带壳)
40g cooking oil食用油
1 tsp yeast 1茶匙酵母
1 tsp baking powder 1茶匙发粉
1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2茶匙苏打粉
bamboo basket size 7 x 2.5 inches 竹篮尺寸: 7 x 2.5 寸
