How to make meat into crispy and savory snack

I have prepared a meat popcorn recipe that can be eaten comfortably and deliciously like popcorn :D
It's crispy and light, so it goes well with Coke~
You can freely change the type of meat to your liking!
This recipe is for a snack, not a side dish, so you need to add more salt or soy sauce to change it to a side dish.

♣ Material
- Meat
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Ginger extract
- Mayonnaise
- Chili powder
- Tempura powder
- Cornflour
- Water & Cooking Oil

♧ TIP
1. Corn flour can be replaced with starch powder
(However, 80ml of water is required instead of 130ml of water when making the frying batter)
2. Ginger extract can be replaced with mirin or cooking wine
(If there is no mirin or cooking wine, 1 tablespoon vinegar + 1 tablespoon sugar can be used.)
