TORTA SOFFICE DI CAROTE MANDORLE - Ricetta facile con tante carote e senza burro - Carrot cake

La TORTA SOFFICE DI CAROTE E MANDORLE è, assieme alla torta di mele, una delle mie torte preferite.

La sua consistenza super soffice e umida, il suo profumo e la sua genuinità la rendono davvero unica!

Come vedrete, questa ricetta prevede una grande quantità di carote ed è anche senza burro; in più, come tutte le mie ricette, ci metterete davvero pochissimo tempo per prepararla, anche perchè le carote andranno tritate finemente direttamente a crudo.

INGREDIENTI:
- 380 g di carote (peso al netto degli scarti)
- circa 30 g di mandorle pelate
- 120 ml di olio di semi di girasole
- 180 g di zucchero
- 3 uova
- 200 g di farina 00
- 45 g di fecola di patate
- 1 bustina di lievito in polvere per dolci (16 g)
- la scorza grattugiata di mezza arancia (non trattata)

INGREDIANTS:
- 380 g of carrots (weight net of waste)
- about 30 g of peeled almonds
- 120 ml of sunflower oil
- 180 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of flour 00
- 45 g of potato starch
- 1 sachet of baking powder for cakes (16 g)
- the grated rind of half an orange (untreated)
