Coach, pitcher AND catcher all ejected after retaliation pitch 🤯
Mar 26, 2023
Austin Peay's pitcher, catcher and coach were all ejected after a pitch was thrown at Liberty's Nathan Keeter, who earlier in the game hit a home run and celebrated while running down the third-base line.
At the plate, first pitch swinging, lining the left center field and deep. How far will it carry? All. The. Way.
Seems like ages ago, in this game, back in the first.
Nobody scored an 8 in the first. They sent 13 to the plate.
And now, what do we got here?
Yeah, so, remember, Keeter hit a home run. He kind of looked at the dugout.
In his excitement. And so, they're trying to talk and see if that one was intentional or not.
Because that was definitely a message.
The umpires talk about it. And they threw the catcher out too.
Of the game. Wow. I can understand the angst from both sides.
Yes.
If it's going to happen, it happens right after the pitch.
Right.
I don't know about that.
Yeah, that is crazy.
But, as Jula goes, he's a senior.
I mean, you don't usually miss like that in that spot.
So, I don't know.
Obviously, Jula, he...
Into the bottom of the first when it scored 8.
And, Coach Fanning.
And he's just enjoying his Gus Freeman.
