Poofs and 3 Curls
Mesh Cut:
Bottom- Cut Red Curls 8in, Cut Black Curls 10"
Top- Cut Red Curls 8in, Cut Black Curls 10in
For Bottom you will need 15 Red Curls cut at 8in and 15 Black Curls cut at 10in
For Top you will need 12 Red Curls cut at 8in and 12 Black Curls cut at 10in
Ribbons Cut -12in
