METHOD:

Poofs with Ruffle and Curl and Ruffle with Curl

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- 10in Poofs, Cut Yellow Ruffles 15in, Cut Yellow Curls 8in

Top- Cut Yellow Ruffles 30in, Cut Yellow Curls 10in

For Bottom you will need 10 Green Ruffles cut at 15in and 10 Green Curls cut at 8in

For Top you will need 8 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in and 8 Yellow Curls cut at 10in

Ribbons Cut -12in
