CHINA 中国 \\ BEIJING & TEMPLE OF HEAVEN // VLOG #90

Ahhh beautiful (cough cough) Beijing! The city is beautiful with so much culture to offer but the air quality is ridiculous. We only have a limited amount of time to visit so we head out to explore even thought the air quality alert is purple...that's the worst one...I think my eyes are still burning. Thankfully we did get to see one day of clear air and blue skies and Beijing was SO GORGEOUS! We wander iconic Tienanmen Square and through the Forbidden City. Ancient gates and walls seem to be everywhere. Beijing has so much to offer. We explore markets and streets stalls and of course we find some amazing food of which there is no shortage in Beijing. We spend a day exploring the Temple of Heaven which is definitely worth a visit. The 500 year old Nine-Dragon Juniper tree was one of the most interesting natural things I've seen. No shortage of amazing stuff in Beijing.
