We are an ADVENTUROUS family of 6 who lost our son to SIDS in 2014. Our biggest regret was not having family videos of him when he was here and is why we started doing daily vlogs!
Thomas is a 2X North American Champion in his kick-boxing career and Ashley is a network-marketing professional.
Together we have 6 year old Identical twins- Simon & Cohen. Our son Miloh was born 12/12/13 and passed away 5/20/14. We were blessed with our Rainbow baby (and 4th son) Ezrah this year on 03/02/17 and we have loved sharing our every day journey with our followers and are looking forward to where this journey takes us!
I swear this would happen today.
Isn't that funny?
It's called a flock block.
No, it's not the grossest thing you've ever seen.
So they eat that and then we eat their eggs.
We got our case number, we got the person's name,
all of their information.
Wanna see what the chickens get for treats?
This would happen today.
So we've been trying to figure out
why our hydrangeas are not blooming.
When we moved in, I mean there was like hundreds of them
on all of our hydrangea plants.
We moved in on August 5th of 2016, they were great.
The next summer, crap.
Like we didn't get one and then again,
it's like there are none.
So I finally looked up like reasons that it could be
that they're not blooming and today I needed to check
how much sun they're getting and it's overcast
and it's supposed to be overcast for like four days in a row
so I'm like dang it because now I can't tell
if they'd be in the sun right now.
Look at this.
They're just plants.
Here's one.
We got one hydrangea growing in right here.
Look at how pretty.
So when we moved here, there was literally,
they were everywhere.
We do have this one over here
that is like way over here in the corner
and there's a bunch of them.
They're green.
Yeah, the sprinkler comes out of here.
I don't know if you can see right there.
I don't know why this dolly is right here
but the sprinkler shoots out of here
and that's why it kind of looks like this.
So I'm like maybe it's just getting more water.
That could be one of the reasons but I do think,
oh there's a pink one down there.
I don't know though.
This is just bugging me because hydrangeas are my favorite
and I love that this whole fence line was lined with them.
So I guess we'll see.
Good morning, good morning, good morning.
We are at IFA.
We're gonna get the chicken some more crap
to peck at and to eat and yeah.
Just some fun stuff.
Right here, yeah.
Isn't that funny?
It's called a flock block.
Wow, you suck camera.
What?
Wait, what's the difference?
Oh my gosh.
Is that heavy?
Ezra, are you tired?
He just had so much fun with all his friends at the gym.
He didn't want to leave.
That was the first time he didn't want to come.
He was like, uh, do I really have to leave right now?
But now he's so tired, huh?
I want to grab some worms, like the dried up worms.
I forgot what they're called.
Look right here.
Oh, this is rabbit food.
We need to go back over where we just were.
That sounds so disgusting
but these help them digest food better.
You don't need to.
That is so gross.
I know.
Isn't that the grossest thing you've ever seen?
So they eat that and then we eat their eggs.
We are cleaning out their coop
and getting all their new stuff in.
They're going to like their new feeder.
Cohen, do you think it's funny when they walk?
Look at them.
Oh, there he goes.
Come here.
Maybe they're trying to make the nest.
They're trying to make the nest, I think.
Oh, is that what they're doing?
I think they're like eating.
I think they're like eating out the grass
so we could like make a circle around
and then they'll put it in.
Maybe that's what they're doing.
And then they'll eat grass and then bite sticks
and then just make it around and make a nest.
A nest?
I want them to see what they got in there.
Should we go get them?
Come on.
They're scratching.
Come on, let's go.
I want to chase them.
I'm going in the fence.
Okay, go chase them.
Honey, chase them from back here.
Chase them this way so that they go.
Okay, we got them a new feeder.
We have some of those worms in there.
Those are feathers, by the way.
Those aren't a bunch of poops.
But we have it hanging instead of just being flat
on the ground so I think they're going to like that.
Come on.
I need to get out of here so that you guys can, come on.
Me and Thomas are out doing a lot of yard work today.
We started weeding a lot a couple days ago
in the front yard and so I'm kind of just finishing off that
and you're going to actually be surprised.
We spent hours and it still looks this bad.
This is a lot of work and I don't think we really
anticipated how much work this house was when we moved in
because it is on over half an acre
and it's a ton of landscaping.
I mean, there's, you guys know, there's a lot to do.
So that's what I'm going to be out here doing
for the next probably couple of hours.
Whoa, this was a lot of work but it looks so much better.
We also planted these mums.
These are good fall flowers.
And so this will look so pretty here in the fall
with all the pretty orange leaves.
We've never planted anything here besides tulips
in the springtime so it's kind of fun to have something else
and these are perennial so they'll pop up
every year from now on.
So we'll see you guys tomorrow.
Okay, bye.
Tomorrow at 1 p.m. we take the Escalade in to get it repaired.
The first estimate they gave us was about
five grand in damages.
They said that all changes usually when they start
to actually disassemble the car and find out
what further problems there are.
So we'll see you guys at 1 p.m. tomorrow at 1 p.m.
So that also didn't include like the...
I don't think we told them that the oil's leaking.
Oh yeah, I don't know if you guys know.
So we keep getting oil spots in our driveway
and how we figured it out is we were at Ashley's grandma's
and she was like, could you guys not park your car
in my driveway, it keeps leaking oil.
And I'm like, my car doesn't leak oil.
Well sure enough, now my Escalade leaks oil.
So they did something under there when they hit something.
So aside from that, they're gonna fix it so far
unless it becomes more damages than they might total.
I hope they don't total it
because we actually really like that car.
I'm gonna take it in tomorrow at one,
but we need to get a rental car.
And like, that sucks because it's not covered
under my insurance, so we actually just have to pay for that.
We also just got our case number for restitution.
So the person who stole our car insurance
since they were actually caught.
Because typically insurance says that they don't catch
the person who steals the car.
Since they did catch the guy who stole our car,
they're gonna go after him for restitution
and all of the things in the vehicle that we had
that were stolen will be covered under the restitution
in the victim's form or whatever.
So we got our case number, we got the person's name,
all of their information, which is like crazy
they gave us that.
We're not gonna give you guys that, but we got it.
Where you going, bro?
I'm going to Facepunch my homies.
Okay.
I will be back.
Bye, babe.
Let's cross.
See you later.
Wanna see what the chickens get for treats?
What are those?
They get to eat them as treats.
Do you wanna help me feed them?
Come here.
Just hold on to this carefully.
They're dead, don't worry.
What?
I'm scared of that leaf on it.
It's okay, just hold.
They are creepy, huh?
Okay, let me show you what we're gonna do.
Come here.
Watch them eat them.
They love them.
Is that gross?
Do you wanna eat one?
No!
No?
Hey, Cohen.
Look.
They're all over you.
I'm so frustrated right now because I can't find Voldemort.
I feel like he was probably the coolest looking chicken
I've ever seen, and he's been missing for a few hours.
I don't know where he's at.
I've looked over the fence,
and the fence that is right behind the chicken coop,
there's a black lab dog, and I'm just like praying
because the dog was back there walking around.
I'm like close to the fence because our yards are so big.
Each house has half an acre.
It's rare that I ever see that dog
because he's always up by the house or in the house
because he's really old,
and I'm just like praying that Voldemort didn't get eaten,
so I've been out looking for him forever,
and I'm so bummed out, you guys.
That will be two chickens down.
I don't know.
I just feel like he's the chicken you can't replace,
and I'm not saying that all the chickens are replaceable,
but him especially.
Come on, dude.
Only me and him have the fluffy hair and the muff.
We gotta stick together.
It's the middle of the night,
so I'm gonna seriously take my flashlight out there
and look up in the tree
because I know they love sleeping up
in the tree behind their coop,
so I'm just praying he flew up in the tree
as that dog was walking around.
I feel like the reason I'm most concerned
is because yesterday I watched him jump up
to get in the tree with the other chickens,
and he literally, because his afro is so whack,
he missed and landed in the backyard of the dog,
and I can't blame the dog.
It's not his fault, so it's Voldemort's hair.
I don't know if we need to cut his hair or what,
but that chicken cannot see to save his life.
I'm gonna call it a night,
and I'm gonna head out and keep looking for him,
so you guys, I hope so badly that I find this chicken.
So goodnight, everyone, and thank you for watching.
