We are a FUN and ADVENTUROUS family of 6 who lost our son to SIDS in 2014. Our biggest regret was not having family videos of him when he was here and is why we started doing daily vlogs!
Thomas is a 2X North American Champion in his kick-boxing career and Ashley is a network-marketing professional and speaker in her company.
Together we have 5 year old Identical twins- Simon & Cohen. Our son Miloh was born 12/12/13 and passed away 5/20/14. We were blessed with our Rainbow baby Ezrah this year on 03/02/17 and we have loved sharing our every day journey with our followers and are looking forward to where this journey takes us!
All my units!
How many are there?
I don't know!
Is that a lot?
We got Raiden back, by the way.
I don't know if you guys followed our Insta story or like our Facebook,
but we had this huge issue go down and it was insane.
We'll just give you guys like the gist of it.
Mm-hmm.
So...
I don't think we talked about it at all.
We didn't like vlog at all that week.
Right, but I know a lot of you guys follow like our Facebook and our Instagram, so...
But for those of you who didn't know, this is what happened.
On Sunday night, the boys had let Raiden out and we didn't know.
They were downstairs playing and so Monday morning we woke up,
we went to go look for Raiden.
He wasn't there.
I called him to go outside and go to the bathroom.
Well, Monday I went around to all of the,
to the animal shelters to look for him to see if someone had picked him up
and no one had picked him up.
So I just, I was like, well, you know what?
Like, someone must have him, like one of my neighbors.
So someone's gonna make a post and someone will know that the dog is mine
because everyone that follows us knows that Raiden's my dog.
Yeah, all of my neighbors know Raiden's my dog.
There's like 10 huskies on our road and we get our dogs together and play.
Right.
So anyway, yeah.
Most people know that that's my dog and if someone made a post about it,
like on like our local lost and found dog page,
everyone would have tagged me immediately, you know.
So we didn't think to make a post because we were kind of just waiting.
Okay, someone's gonna make a post for it.
Um, Tuesday comes, nothing.
So I went back down to the pound to look and I called our local animal shelter
and found out that they had their own contract.
So I asked if I could come down and check to see if he's there
but it was after five and they were closed.
So Wednesday I went into Pleasant View, which is our city's animal shelter, to look for him.
Well, he wasn't there and then Ashley and I decided to print off flyers.
So Wednesday night we printed off flyers and got them ready to take him out.
Thursday, well, we made a post Thursday morning when we woke up.
We were like, well, if someone had him, we would think that they would make a post
so people would tag us.
We were like, well, we might as well make one because what if
for some reason the person didn't think to make a post.
So we first made posts in like the animal pages, the lost and found animal pages
and people were asking us like, hey, will you make this public on your page so that we can share it?
Right.
So we made it public on our own personal page.
Well, turns out a lot of people saw it and someone called us and said, hey,
or wrote us on Facebook and was like, hey, I saw someone with your dog at Petco.
And they bought a leash, a collar and some dog food and some other things.
And they were like, um, they mentioned that they had found him and,
but he didn't, he wasn't chipped or anything.
And I was pretty sure that it was your dog.
So I was like, was there any way we could get ahold of them?
Well, they found their, their rewards number from Petco and they couldn't give us their number,
but they could reach out to them and give them our number.
So they gave the person our number.
Well, we were just like super happy.
We made a post like you guys, we found Raiden.
Now we just have to find the couple who has him.
Well, they ended up sending me a text, the people who found him.
And it was the first text they sent is this massive long message about
how basically they weren't going to give us back the dog unless the police were involved.
And they said Raiden was really skinny and they were concerned for him and that they found him.
So they made it sound like he had been roaming all night and was lost and scared.
I'll tell you guys right now, if you know anything about huskies, huskies don't get lost.
Huskies know exactly where their home is and what to do.
So I'm thinking like Raiden's miles away when this guy sent me this message.
Turns out the person lives like less than five houses away from me
that had Raiden this whole time.
So Thursday morning I tried to get him when we found out it was the person
and they wouldn't give him back to me.
They told me no.
So I had to get the police involved.
Well, the police took him down to the animal shelter.
So we spent, because we had to prove paperwork that he was our dog
because they caused this huge problem.
By this time it's Friday night, Friday afternoon.
Friday afternoon.
So the shelter's closed.
Shelter's closed, animal control's off work.
They get off on Fridays at noon.
So we couldn't do anything about it.
We had to literally wait till Monday.
I had to go and prove that he was my dog.
They gave me a fine.
They ticketed me.
We got fined.
Well, I made like a special report with the prosecutor
because the prosecutor is going to overlook the case
because in Utah it's actually, and we would have never done this
if they wouldn't have just given us our dog back.
I don't know why they had to make it a problem with giving him back.
Yeah.
But I literally have like 25 text messages on my phone
from this person just would not stop texting me.
So long story short, you guys, we got Rayden back
and that's really all we cared about.
We were just happy to get him.
You guys all know from our videos that Rayden is with us every day.
He spends every minute with us.
Gosh.
It sucks being gone in Florida.
I know.
This is when you know, Rayden is very excited and he doesn't do this often,
but he pees.
He gets so excited.
He can't hold it in and he just pees himself.
So the first thing he did when he,
first thing he did when he saw me is he just peed.
And actually we'll show you on this next clip.
This is him when he sees this.
Well, this is, he had already seen me cause, but this is when he got into the house.
You guys, this is a neglected dog.
He's so mad.
Hi honey.
Are you teaching Russ how to play?
Oh, hi.
Strike a pose.
Yeah.
So you have two grandpas.
Is that a lot of grandpas?
I don't know if they have three.
Do we have, how many grandmas do you have?
Uh, three.
Who are they?
What's my mom's name?
Yeah.
What are you, what are you eating right there?
Oh, you ate all the grapes already?
What's your favorite thing to eat?
Grapes?
What's, what's Ezra's favorite thing to eat?
What are we doing here?
Carrie had puppies?
Yeah.
Are you excited to see them?
How many, how many puppies do you think there are?
Three?
Four?
Okay.
Let's go see how many there are.
Two.
Marilyn.
Hi.
Please.
Okay.
Wanna go count how many puppies there are?
How many are there?
Is that a lot?
Which one?
Are they all bought already?
They're all three.
There's only one Marilyn?
The lawnmower.
Oh, this is cooler than the lawnmower.
Colin already went for a ride, huh Colin?
That was fun.
Tell us how much you liked it.
I liked it so much.
Was it your favorite?
I'm gonna take time for a little ride on four wheeler.
Hey, climb up there.
Are you scared?
You are?
It was a joke.
