🥗 Ingredients
- 1 roll of good quality pre-made puff pastry
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 4 to 5 large tomatoes
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp herbes de Provence (or dried Italian herbs)
- 5 tbsp bread crumbs

🍣 Directions
- Choose the best ripe juicy tomatoes, slice them thinly and put all in a bowl
- Use a simple baking tray, spread the rolled dough onto the baking tray and sprinkle some dry flour on top, fold the remaining edges of the dough over the edges of the tray and shape the edges into a plate
- Add the mustard and spread it evenly on the bottom of the dough tray you just created
- Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top of the mustard
- Turn on the oven to 200oC
- Sprinkle tomato paste on top of tomato sauce
- Spread the slices of fresh tomatoes on top of the tomato paste, layering the prepared tomatoes as much as possible.
- Season with a little salt, pepper, crushed pepper, then sprinkle some dried French or Italian herb powder on top.
- Bake it in the oven for about 45 minutes
