Hi friends, how are you today? I hope that all is well with you.
In today's video, I would like to share my typical activity and meal in a day. It is also part of my way to healing my body and mind. I know it's a process, but a slower approach helps me to focus on the essential things in my life. I admit that being in a fast pace life is not my strength anymore. I cannot do the things that I used to do. I thank God he leads me to slow living life.

Slow living doesn't mean you need to move to a rural place though it's still the best for me. Slow living in a small apartment in the city is possible because slow life starts in mind- connecting to yourself and the place where God put you to flourish. I want to bloom where God wants me to be. His plan is always perfect. At first, there was resistance, but I learned to surrender everything to HIM.

I discovered that there are so many beautiful places in our area, and I am excited to visit those places and share them with you.:) God willing.
I guess, I perfected my sourdough bread in this video. Yay! :) I had difficulty developing an active starter because of the cold weather.
I love sourdough bread and hope to bake it regularly despite the cold weather.

My healthy tomato-basil-garlic sauce is perfect to partner with bread, pasta, pizza, and more. All you have to do is imagine how your tastebud creates a recipe in your brain.
Here is the recipe for my tomato-basil-garlic sauce:

Ingredients:
One head of garlic
2 cups basil leaves
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup pecorino or parmesean cheese
1 cup sweet cherry tomato
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Instructions:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend everything. Don't over-blend. Transfer to a clean and a sanitized mason jar. When it comes to preserving, I want to know how long you can store it in a fridge. My family finishes the sauce in a day or two. But you can keep it for a week or so.

Enjoy!

Until next time. God willing.
