Try to stop anything that gives you stress or anxiety, and try to appreciate things surrounding you. Sometimes anxiety kicks in especially when I allow unwanted thoughts to play in my mind. But prayer and meditation are my ultimate antidote. Focusing on God's Word is one of my ways to slow down. To keep me from anxiety, I also make myself busy in the kitchen and cook good food that helps my journey to a healthy body and mind.
