簑衣黃瓜 Chinese Cucumber Salad
份量 : 約 3-4人份

材料 :
小黃瓜 2條
香菜 1顆
青蔥 1支
蒜頭 2-3瓣
辣椒粉 1茶匙
植物油 3大匙
八角 2個
花椒粒 1/2茶匙

調味料 :
醬油 1大匙
烏醋 1大匙
鹽 1/4茶匙
糖 1茶匙

Chinese Cucumber Salad

Ingredients :
2 Cucumber
1 coriander
1 Scallion
2-3 garlic
2 star anise
1t Sichuan peppercorn
3T vegetable oil

seasoning :
1.5T soy sauce
1T black vinegar
1/4t salt
1t sugar
