Good morning guys, it's Zoey.
Today is Monday and I'm starting another what I eat in a week video because you guys seem
to really enjoy them.
In my last one I showed you guys what I eat while at my 9-5 job, however, if you guys
have watched my recent video that I uploaded last week, then you would know that I recently
quit my job.
I quickly just want to say thank you so so much for all your kind messages, I was pretty
nervous about posting that video, but I honestly received nothing but love and I feel so grateful.
But anyways, I thought that I would show you guys what I eat while working from home.
I know that it's probably not going to be as relatable, but there is going to be lots
of cooking because I plan to just eat in a lot, so I hope that this video will still
be helpful for you guys.
This is a pretty busy week for me, I have 3 videos going up this week, which is so crazy
because I know I used to upload like 2-3 videos a week.
I'm probably just going to be staying home for the majority of the week to film and edit.
I have a workout class on Wednesday, so I'll probably stay in the city for a bit to do
any errands and socializing.
Now that I work from home, I try to jam pack everything that I need to do in the city all
at once, just because 1.
I don't have an unlimited monthly card anymore, and 2.
It takes me about an hour to get into the city, so if I'm going to make that commute,
I might as well get everything done at once.
Alright, let's go make breakfast.
So for breakfast I'm having almond butter with banana on bread and some coconut milk
yogurt.
First bite!
This is by far my favorite dairy-free yogurt.
This is the So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt.
I feel like this one tastes the most like, I guess, regular yogurt.
The other dairy-free yogurts that I've tried, they taste a bit weird.
Like, you can tell it's dairy-free.
But this one tastes super yummy and refreshing.
Last bite!
Oh my god.
It's so good.
So now that I've finished breakfast, I'm going to edit a bit and then I'm going to get ready
to film.
Alright, so I just finished getting ready.
I'm about to film a haul video that I'm doing with Princess Polly, and yeah, it's something
a bit new for me.
I haven't really filmed a fashion video on this channel, so I'm excited to try something
new and I hope you guys like it.
It should be up by the time this video is up, so I'll leave it here in the cards.
So yeah, I'm going to go film that video.
So I just finished filming the haul.
There was a lot of awkward posing and now my room looks like a mess, but before I clean,
I'm going to make some lunch because it's about like 1.45 now and I'm super hungry.
So for lunch, I made pasta with spinach and tomato.
I used the Bonsa pasta, which is actually made out of chickpeas, so it's high in fiber
and protein, and then the sauce that I've been really liking is the Rayo's tomato sauce
because it has super clean ingredients.
So while I eat, I'm just going to watch a few episodes of Friends and then I'll get
back to editing afterwards.
If any of you guys have watched Friends, comment down below who your favorite character is.
I think mine would definitely have to be Ross.
He's just so funny and sad.
For my mid-editing snack, I'm just going to have some apples and almond butter.
This is one of my favorite snacks when I'm craving something sweet but still want to
be a bit healthy.
I feel like this is just the perfect combination.
Oh my god, my boyfriend was so sweet and brought over bubble tea.
This is the Vivi's Earl Grey milk with boba because you guys know that I'm lactose intolerant.
It scares me every time.
So it's about 6.30 right now and I'm going to start making some dinner because I'm getting
a bit hungry.
But I'm super excited to be working with HelloFresh again for this video.
You guys know that I've worked with them in the past and I really just love how quick
and easy their meals are.
In case you guys don't know what HelloFresh is, they're a meal kit delivery service that

I just got my delivery so I'm super excited.
I think tonight I'm going to be making the Korean beef bibimbap.
Oh my god, it looks so good.
So yes, let's get cooking.
Hi!
So here's the finished result.
Oh my god, it looks so good.
Let's dig in because I'm starving.
How is it?
Good.
First bite.
Oh my god.
This is amazing.
That was delicious.
I definitely recommend that recipe.
HelloFresh is now from $5.66 per serving which is honestly pretty affordable, especially
if you're someone who regularly eats out.

That's 9 free meals including shipping.
So for breakfast, I have some leftover rice from last night so I'm just going to make
something quick.
So today's breakfast was super simple.
I'm just having some leftover rice from last night, a fried egg, half an avocado, and some
dried seaweed.
And for seasoning, I'm going to use the Everything But The Bagel seasoning from Trader Joe's.
And then of course, a little bit of sriracha.
Wow, that was so not graceful.
Look at that yolk pouring.
So I made myself a late lunch slash early dinner.
This is the Samyang Fire Black Bean Noodles.
It's like one of my favorite flavors, this one and the pink one.
And I just topped it with a hard-boiled egg.
I know that this is pretty unhealthy but to be honest, I don't really feel like cooking
another meal.
And instant ramen is just one of my guilty pleasures that I can't give up, man.
It's so good.
So good.
I feel like one of those ASMR mukbangers because you can only see my mouth.
And I'm just going to have this kabucha to help with my digestion.
This is the HealthAid Bubbly Rose Kabucha.
So good.
This is so good.
So good.
So I'm home now.
I just showered and did a face mask which felt so nice, especially after the sauna.
It's about 2.30 right now and I'm on a bit of a time crunch to finish a video.
So I just grabbed a sandwich from Paris Baguette on my way home because I knew that I wasn't
going to have time to actually cook a meal.
So I'm just going to eat this for lunch while I edit.
I got a turkey avocado sandwich.
Wow, this is really good.
I think it has mustard in it which gives it a nice kick.
So I'm about to make some dinner.
To be honest, I'm not too hungry, but I know that I should eat.
So I'm going to try this Gardein Mandarin Orange Crispy Chicken.
This is made with plant protein and dairy-free.
And I think I've seen Weylie mention this in a video, so I wanted to give it a try.
And because I'm not too, too hungry, I'm going to try this.
I'm not hungry, I'm just going to make some cauliflower rice to go with the chicken.
So here's my finished dinner.
This is the orange chicken, which was actually pretty easy to make.
And then I just made some bok choy for veggies.
And then underneath I have the cauliflower rice.
First bite.
Mmm.
I feel like you can tell that it's not real chicken.
But I mean, it doesn't taste fake or gross or anything.
I actually really like it.
I will say that I do prefer regular rice over cauliflower rice.
But this is a good alternative if you're trying to either go low-carb.
Or in my case, I feel like I've already had a lot of carbs today.
And I wasn't too hungry to begin with.
So this was a good option.
And for dessert, I'm going to have one sugar cookie.
Ah, yes.
Look at these beauties.
So it's Thursday, it's about 10.30.
And I normally don't sleep in.
But I was up pretty late editing, trying to get my video up.
To be honest, I woke up not feeling too, too hungry.
So I just made this simple breakfast.
This is a rice cracker that I tossed with avocado.
Trader Joe's, everything but the bagel seasoning and chili flakes.
And kimchi.
It's kind of a weird combination, but it works.
And the kimchi that I'm using is the mother-in-law's kimchi.
I saw Stephanie Soo recommend this.
So I picked this up at my local grocery store.
So I'm excited to try it.
I love eating kimchi because it's high in probiotics.
Which is really good for your digestion.
Today is not too, too busy, thankfully.
I mainly just need to edit for both my channel and then a freelancing project that I'm working on.
So I'm going to eat this and then get to work.
This is really good kimchi.
And I was craving some bread.
So I decided to make this.
If you guys have watched my Paris vlog, I ate something pretty similar to this.
It was at Cafe de Flore.
It was called the Jockey.
So I decided to try to DIY it myself.
I used the whole milk bread from Tous Les Jours.
This is not healthy, but honestly, it's my favorite type of bread.
And I'm also having a banana for, I mean, I don't know, health.
Yes.
Look at that yolk pouring over.
Ugh, it's gonna fail.
Mmm.
Gotta soak in all that yolk.
I think next time I make this, I'm going to melt the cheese.
I think that would make it even better.
So I just finished lunch.
Oh my god, that was so good and so easy, too.
I think it only took me about maybe like 10 minutes to make, max.
But I'm still hungry.
So I'm going to snack on these Smart Sweets.
They're basically, I guess, a healthier version of candy.
It only has three grams of sugar.
It's also high in fiber, free from artificial sweeteners,
and dairy, soy, and lactose-free.
I first tried these at work because we did a collab with them,
and I instantly got hooked because they're just so darn good.
They honestly taste like real candy.
I have tried a few of their flavors,
but I would say that this and the Swedish Fish are definitely my favorite.
I got a big pack of 12 from Amazon,
but I know that they also sell them at Target and Whole Foods.
So if you guys are looking for a healthier alternative to sweets and candy,
then I definitely recommend these.
These are so addicting.
So it's about 6 right now, and I'm going to start making dinner.
I have some leftover orange chicken from yesterday,
and I think I'm just going to make a udon stir-fry to go with it.
So here is my dinner.
It's a bit of a weird combination, but it works. It's food.
So I just made an udon stir-fry with peppers and bok choy,
literally my go-to if you guys have watched any of my other What I Eat In A Week videos.
I used garlic, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for, I guess, the dressing.
And then I just topped it with the leftover orange chicken from last night,
and of course, sriracha.
I am still watching Friends.
I'm on season 3, episode 17, the one without the ski trip.
And if you guys have watched Friends, then you guys know what is happening.
So I just finished dinner.
Oh my god, it was super yummy, but I'm so full.
I don't think that I'll be having dessert tonight.
I think I scheduled an early workout class for tomorrow.
Let's see.
Yep, 8 a.m. Pilates class.
So I'm probably just going to stay in the city all day because I have dinner plans.
So, yeah.
So I got the brown sugar black tea latte with 50% sugar, less ice,
and a cream mousse.
So good.
I love the bubbles.
So chewy.
The sweetness level is actually okay.
Yeah.
It's not too sweet.
Yeah, I like that.
Our favorite bubble tea spot.
So good.
Bye.
