On the way home from Ruschain, Graubünden, Christian and Simone drove via the Furka mountain pass. There is a small private road there. You pay a small fee to support its upkeep and you are allowed to use it. The road leads even higher into the mountains than the pass road itself and provides the perfect base for wonderful shots. Some lichens that have overgrown large parts of the rock are bright yellow together with the white-turquoise coloured plants and the not so green grass gives the mountains a unique colour. These videos were taken in late autumn just before the onset of winter. The vegetation has retreated and the landscape looks as if it is preparing for hibernation.
