Chinese sweet and sour chicken.
Delicious dinner in 20 minutes!

For 5 servings you will need:
Chicken fillet - 500 gr.
Salt - 2 teaspoon
Black ground pepper - 1 teaspoon
Egg white - 1 pc.
Cornstarch - 4 tablespoons
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Onion - 1 pc.
Ginger (root) - 50 gr.
Semi-bitter pepper (red and green) - 80 gr.
Garlic - 4 cloves
Apple cider vinegar - 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Cornstarch - 1 tablespoons
Water - 2 tablespoons
Ketchup - 3 tablespoons
Sesame - 1 tablespoons

Cooking:
"Cut the chicken fillet, add salt and black pepper, then add the egg white and mix. Add corn starch and mix again. Fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes, remove to a plate, and let the chicken cool slightly. After a while, fry the chicken until golden brown. This will make the chicken crispy on the outside and juicier on the inside.
We're preparing the sauce. Finely chop the garlic, julienne ginger root, red and green peppers, onion. Fry garlic and ginger in a pan for 1 minute, add onion, red and green peppers, fry for 1 minute. Add a pinch of salt, pour apple cider vinegar and soy sauce, pour sugar and one tablespoon of starch, add 2 tablespoons of water. Boil for 1 minute, add ketchup and mix. Pour the fried chicken and fry for 30 seconds over high heat, stirring constantly, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
