If you have problems keeping your shower and tub drains clear - especially from hair clogs, take a look at this new product, invented by a heartland American, that will give you instant results with no harmful fumes or chemicals.
Hey, Dirt Farmer Jay here. If you are plagued with slow-moving or clogged drains,
I've got a great product to recommend to you.
Hey, if you're like us, many times you've got clogged drains. Well, Dirt Farmer Maggie and I
run an Airbnb out of our home as well. And one of the things that happens on a regular basis,
because there's people visiting us ongoing, is our drains get clogged in the showers and bathtubs.
Number one cause, hair. Well, we have tried all sorts of chemical,
drain cleaners, and some of them work pretty well. But one of the things we found out
is that many times the clog is right below the stopper, right below the grate.
And therefore, when you pour chemicals in and let them sit there, they really kind of go past it.
Well, we, out of desperation, were visiting our local big box hardware store, you know,
the orange one in our case, and came across this great little product called the Drain Weasel.
Well, I want to show you this little device and show you how instantaneously it works.
It solved our problems and we highly recommend it to you. The starter kit comes with a little
handle like this, plus two wands that are like this. Now, these are disposable. You use them once
and then you throw them away. The cost for this kit was about five bucks. So, the first time out,
it's going to cost me $2.50. And then another $2.50 was pretty good economics for doing drain
cleaning instantaneously without a lot of trouble. And then you can buy refill packets off of the
websites of Home Depot, Lowe's, Bed Bath & Beyond, and there's other retailers out there on Amazon
that I'm seeing putting them out there. And you can pay anywhere from $5 to $12, I'm seeing,
for this kit. But this refill is about the same price as the starter kit and you get three wands.
Well, enough talking. Let's see if it really works. As you can see, I'm standing in one of our
guest tubs here and this thing is really slow moving. It's full of hair and we have tried
chemicals in this and it goes, you know, it just takes forever to get anything. Let's see what we
get here. Now, this is how this works, just how easily this is. This little crank, which you're
going to spin, has a little recess and a matching part is on the wand. You simply click the two
together, slide down the handle like that. So now this will crank. And as you can see, it's turning.
Now, it's also very flexible. And now what we're going to do is we're going to go along the edge
of the top here and we're going to start cranking as we do. And start moving it around until you
kind of feel it go past a little bit. Crank some more. There you can see it starting to crank.
Well, listen to that. You hear the water starting to run? Now what I'm going to do here is I'm going
to pull this back out. Whoa, look at there. And look at the water move. I'll actually even add
some more so you can see very quickly. Instantaneous. Now here's the cool thing. I don't want to touch
that nastiness. So what you do right afterwards is just reverse what you did earlier, click that back,
remove the wand, and dispose of it. For five bucks for two of these things. This is one of
the greatest new inventions that's come along a long time. Made by an American inventor right in
the heartland of the United States. He and his son run this business. I've talked to this man
and really pleased that someone's invented something like this. They have another list of
products as well. You can check them out on the website that we're showing below.
