Impress friends with this TIRAMISU | NO CREAM required !!!!

This is the best traditional NO CREAM tiramisu. This tiramisu is still light and creamy and holds it shape nicely. (Tip - Rather than cutting it and get it out that way, scoop it) This recipe is ALCOHOL FREE, and it uses almond essence instead to get that traditional flavour, however if you want to add alcohol instead feel free to :) If there are any Italians watching please comment down below what you thought of this recipe.
NOTE - It is not recommend for pregnant women or elderly people to eat tiramisu due to the raw eggs so please be safe.

INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs (in the first shot there arr only the egg yolks!!! The eggs are SEPARATED!)
170 g sugar
500 g mascarpone
3 tsp almond essence (alcohol alternative)
2 cups espresso
200 g ladyfingers
enough cacao powder to dust
