Hey, what is up ladies?
I have been watching way too much Anna Victoria, which is basically one of my favourite YouTubers.
She is of course a cheerleader for the team Beatles and I have literally been watching
her way too much and she always goes, what is up ladies?
So yeah, today I'm going to be doing four healthy breakfast ideas and in this video
I'll be showing you guys a range of really simple breakfasts to more complicated breakfasts.
Breakfasts that take a longer amount of time, where you have to keep it in the fridge over
the night or just ones that you can whip up in a few minutes.
And if you've decided that you want to have a nice breakfast in the day, because in my
opinion breakfast is one of the most important meals, then just carry on watching this video.
So you'll also need a chopping board, a fork, spoon and knife and you're just going to cut
open the avocado in half, open it up, take out the seed, spoon out the avocado with
your spoon and then place it in the bowl and mash it up.
So now it's all mashed up, I'm just going to turn on the heat on the work surface and
cook an egg.
Before I put the egg in, I did put some butter in, but if you don't want to use butter, then
you can always use olive oil.
Now once everything is done, I'm just going to assemble everything.
I'm going to butter the toast and add my avocado guacamole mixture onto the toast.
Once it's an even layer of avocado, I'm going to add my fried egg and to finish it off,
I added some pepper and oh my god, this was so good, it's the most delicious thing ever.
The next one is super simple, you're basically just going to layer all of the ingredients
into a mason jar or a cup.
So to start off with, I just put in two quarter cups of oats and two quarter cups of milk
and then the yoghurt, I put in three tablespoons to start off with and then some honey and
another three tablespoons of yoghurt.
After that, I added one tablespoon of cocoa powder and to top it off, I used some blueberries
and the original chocolate chips.
This was so good and I definitely recommend it.
So this one is pretty self explanatory, you're just going to get the rye beater biscuit,
spread some peanut butter on it, chop some bananas up and put it all together.
This is a really super simple breakfast idea you could use.
The peanut butter has lots of protein and bananas are really good for you.
So this is a really, really healthy breakfast which literally takes two minutes to make
and it's so simple.
I did use a little bit of oat milk just to help it blend and the texture was so gorgeous.
It was like frozen yoghurt and I actually loved it so much.
And after that, to make it look all pretty, I just decorated it with some bananas, blueberries,
walnuts and chia seeds.
Oh my god, you guys, so I just stole my mum's phone to film the outro and the video quality
is so good.
Like, I literally can't get over it and I'm going to start stealing her phone more often,
but I'm actually ordering a camera soon and hopefully I'm going to be getting a new phone
for Christmas and I'm not super spoilt.
I'm paying for the Canon G7X with all my own money and then my mum is only contributing
towards my phone for my birthday present and the rest of it will hopefully be paid
for the money that I get for my birthday party.
But yeah, I'm so excited for when my video quality will be this good.
So yeah, if there's a huge difference in quality from the beginning till now, it's probably
because I'm using my mum's iPhone X.
But yeah, I really hope you enjoyed the video.
Please subscribe, give this video a big thumbs up.
If you watched to the end, then I love you guys.
You are honestly the best.
Comment down below which one was your favourite and yeah, see you guys next time.
Bye!
