Lazy Vegan Breakfast Ideas! {healthy + easy}

Breakfast Ideas

Hey guys and welcome to another video.
Today we're going to cover four different lazy vegan breakfast ideas.
Some of them require more work than others, but overall I'd say they're pretty lazy.
So yeah, let's get right into it.
Here's one of the quickest ways to make oatmeal and honestly one of my favorite ways to eat
it.
It is so simple.
You're going to need some super fine oats, steel cut oats or just the finest ones that
you can find.
Yeah.
Pour some hot boiling water on top and let those sit for a few minutes.
Add in a splash of non-dairy milk, some agave syrup or any other sweetener for some sweetness.
Cover the top with some unsweetened applesauce and for some crunch, top everything off with
some crushed almonds.
For a bit more sweetness, I added some more agave syrup on top and that's it.
It's so simple.
Okay, so here's how to make some lazy vegan banana bread.
It's basically just baked French toast, but that just doesn't sound as cool.
To a food processor or blender, you're going to add one banana, a half a cup of almond
milk, a teaspoon of chia seeds, some vanilla.
You could do vanilla sugar or vanilla extract, whatever you can find.
Now just blend that all up and all you're going to do is take a piece of bread, dunk
it into the banana mixture and then put that into a small ovenproof dish.
Just keep on doing that and then you can just pour over the rest of the mixture.
Top everything off with some chocolate chips.
Alright, this is what it looks like when it's done and yeah, it turns out super soft on
the inside, so it's not going to be like crispy French toast bread.
It's just, you know, like a baked banana bread pudding type dish.
Another lazy vegan breakfast idea would obviously be a smoothie and in this case, it's a cherry
and chocolate smoothie.
To a blender, add in a cup of frozen cherries, two to three frozen bananas.
To that, add in two tablespoons of unsweetened cacao powder, a teaspoon of chia seeds, some
vanilla.
As for the liquid, just add in some creamy almond milk and some water and now just blend
it all up.
There you go.
Now this last lazy vegan breakfast idea is kind of cheating because it's basically a
make-ahead breakfast.
It is vegan pancakes straight out of the freezer and it's one of my favorite things.
I will link down below to my recipe.
It's healthy, vegan, low-fat and you're just going to make like double the batch for instance
and you're going to have so many left over.
Just put them into the freezer and they can stay there for weeks and then once you're
feeling like pancakes, you just have to take a few out, put them into the toaster and then
just eat them with whatever you like.
Like I said, this is not technically a lazy vegan breakfast that you can make on the spot.
Anyways, thank you so much for watching.

me a comment down below.
Also, leave me some more video suggestions in the comments below as well.
I always read them and definitely take them into consideration when planning a new video.
