Then you want to take the top piece and just begin loosely twisting it away from your face. Don't forget to pull on the twist to give it some more texture. So once you're happy with it, bring it across the back and just bobby pin it beside your ponytail. Also, feel free to tease the top of your ponytail and then that's it. You guys, I cannot get over this ponytail. It's just so textured. This next hairstyle is a mix of a half up and a ponytail. So begin by placing your thumbs above the front of your ears. You just want to trace upwards towards your crown. This will allow you to gather the top half of your hair while you still have hair hanging down. And then take your ponytail, flip it up and then pull it all the way through that hole you just created. Beautiful. There we have it. How beautiful is this ponytail? I love how voluminous and detailed it looks and who would've thought it was just three topsy tails. So first, section off all of the hair in front of your ears on both sides of your head and place them out of the way. Once they're sectioned off, gather the rest of your hair into a tight ponytail, as low or as high as. Next, grab your right section of hair and loosely twist it away from your face and then bring it up and across the back of your head over your ponytail. The same steps on the left side. And then secure it into place. So I used an elastic attached to bobby pins to secure mine. This just helps the crown hold its shape but you can also just use bobby pins. Next, pinch and pull on small pieces of hair around the crown of your head. This will help add more volume and dimension. But if you are going for more of a casual look, you can just skip this step. Next, gather two sections from both sides of your crown, about one to two inches in size, and then completely section these off. Now you want to tie them together by crossing the right section over the left and then bringing that left section up and then pulling it behind that right section in the first. So this is the same step as the first step of tying your shoe. These hairstyles are so soft, they're effortless, and I love how they could be dressed up for a wedding or a special occasion, or they're just a really great way to switch up your everyday hair, especially heading into spring.
