These tall beauties finished flowering so Dean took - what looked like - drastic measures and cut them all down.
But... nature is amazing and within a few weeks the plants were healthily sprouting and growing so fast it won’t be long before they are soon reaching for the skies. We expect more beautiful purple flowers before the end of summer!

Dean it's the the bean of Buenos Aires. What are you doing to him? Yeah they're going over a little
bit now, a bit of a trim back, give him a bit of a soak, put some feed on and then hopefully
we may reshoot again. So I'm going back, there's a little bit of growth there,
a little bit of green there, just take them back gently,
tidy them up, they keep, they keep falling over especially when it's windy as well so
basically. Yeah cut them up so they fit more in the bucket instead of trying to stuff six-foot
storks in the bin. Just get some of the good stuff off, this is what I do anyway.
Yeah we've had the heat wave haven't we? Give them a little feed, this here
it gets very sticky so when the pot falls over all the feed, all the, all the feed doesn't fall out
These are the ones that we cut back the other week, the um the bean of Buenos Aires,
the really tall ones, you can see some left, we left there just so people could see what they were
and they've really come on, I mean it's quite drastic when you cut them back so much but
you can see how well it's done, so it's a continuous process of cutting things back,
helping them grow on and then today I'm going to do these as well because these are just ready to
cut right back down now, it seems a bit harsh but as you can see they'll look like this
in a week or two, they're amazing.
