Cereal bars
Ingredients:
150 gs butter
150 gs honey
300gs of oatmeal
300 grams of unsweetened corn flakes
100 grams of sugar
Procedure:
Place the butter, honey and sugar in a bowl and melt in microwave.
Carefully add the oatmeal and cornflakes, mixing so that the whole preparation is homogeneous and soaked in the honey mixture.
Line a 29 x 27 cm baking pan with aluminum foil.
Butter or spray with vegetable spray
Add the mixture and press with a potato masher so that the flakes are well united.
Bake in a medium oven for 20 to 30 minutes (until lightly browned).
Mark with a spatula as soon as it comes out of the oven, the desired size of the bars. Let cool and unmold
You can dip them in chocolate, or decorate them with melted chocolate lines.
