Police said the gunman who killed the CEO of UnitedHealthcare may have quickly fled New York City on a bus. The manhunt continues two days after the brazen ambush in Midtown Manhattan.

The judge overseeing Daniel Penny's trial for the fatal subway chokehold dismissed the manslaughter charge after the jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict. Jurors will return on Monday to consider a lesser charge of criminally negligent homicide.
