London — The Tony Award-winning Broadway comedy “Oh, Mary!” is set to stream on HBO and HBO Max in 2027.

The upcoming release is a filmed capture of a performance recorded on July 28, 2026, at the Trafalgar Theatre in London’s West End. Cole Escola, who wrote the play, will return as Mary Todd Lincoln.

The production also brings back Giles Terera as Mary’s Husband, Bianca Leigh as Mary’s Chaperone, Tony Macht as Mary’s Husband’s Assistant and Michael Urie as Mary’s Teacher.

Running 80 minutes, the dark comedy follows Mary Todd Lincoln during the weeks before the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. Sam Pinkleton directed the stage-and-screen capture.

“Oh, Mary!” originally opened Off Broadway in January 2024 before moving to Broadway’s Lyceum Theatre in July 2024. The production subsequently made its London West End debut in December 2025.

HBO has not yet announced a specific premiere date for the 2027 streaming release.
