A season ago, the Cleveland Browns top wide receiver was Jerry Jeudy. This doesn’t appear to be the case for the upcoming 2026 NFL season. Rookies KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston appear to be two of the top wide receivers on the Browns roster. Jeudy did make the team out of camp for Cleveland. With that being said, some Browns fans are not thrilled that Jeudy made the team. He is 27 years old.

The wide receivers are probably going to struggle with Deshaun Watson being the starting quarterback early until Shedeur Sanders gets some play time. Jeudy last season with the Browns caught 50 passes for 602 yards receiving and two touchdowns, along with averaging 10.2 yards per reception. He was targeted 102 times last season. There were times that he no doubt dropped many passes as well. It will be interesting to see how this wide receiver room for the Browns will improve this season.

There are a lot of Cleveland fans who are not happy about the fact that Jeudy is on the 53-man roster. This is what some Browns fans had to say about it on Twitter:
Jerry jeudy is incredibly aweful. Having him and Watson on the same team is malpractice

Trade Jeudy for a Gatorade and Bluetooth headset and keep Floriea

How tf did Judy make the team

There are a lot of Browns fans who wished that this Luke Floriea wide receiver made the team instead. Jeudy will be under contract for one more season after this season, unless Cleveland decides to move on from him. The 2026 NFL season will depend on his future with the team.
