A Canadian woman accused of attacking a teenager wearing clothing displaying the words “Trump” and “ICE” has been ordered deported from the United States.

Kaitlyn E. Tracey, 33, allegedly approached four girls on the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk in New Jersey on July 3 and began recording them with her phone, according to court documents.

Authorities said Tracey shouted at two people wearing what an affidavit described as “patriotic colored” sweatpants before slapping one of the girls across her face and body. The victim was not injured.

Tracey left the scene, but police later used surveillance footage to identify her. She was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment and obstruction.

Tracey is a Canadian citizen who entered the United States with a passport in 2024. Her authorization to remain in the country expired Sept. 6, 2024, Fox News reported.

An immigration judge in Texas ordered Tracey deported to Canada on Tuesday.

A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson told Fox News that Tracey received full due process and said U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement would return her to Canada “as soon as possible.”
