On the 29th of July, 2026, Dr. Anthony Fauci sat before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee to testify about his alleged misleading the American people about the COVID- 19 pandemic, and the adverse medical effects of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Let’s just begin by saying this was almost a total farce of a hearing. To be honest, most Congressional hearings are. To the naked eye, all they seem to accomplish is creating sound bytes, and clips to be featured on YouTube videos later.
This one seemed like that’s all that was going to result from this hearing. I mean, it started with one of Fauci’s many lawyers being escorted out of the room by a Capitol cop, after he treated the Senate hearing like a court trial, and couldn’t keep his mouth shut. Even after several warnings from the Committee Chairman, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY).
FAUCI MISUSES THE 5TH AMENDMENT
Fauci pleaded the 5th Amendment 111 times. Refusing to answer ANY question. Even the non-incriminating ones. Senator Hawley (R-Mo), “What color is your tie?” Dr. Fauci replies, “On the advice of Council, I respectfully decline to answer based upon my rights under the 5th Amendment of the Constitution.”
He did that for every question he was asked. I guess he forgot the 5th Amendment doesn’t protect him from non-incriminating questions, and all his refusal to answer those questions did was make him and his half a dozen attorneys who were seated behind him look absolutely stupid, and guilty as hell.
At first, this hearing seemed like nothing more than a dog and pony show, but if we really watch and pay attention to the questions Republican Senators asked, we can get a sense of their intentions.
Even though Fauci refused to answer the questions, and I strongly suspect the Republican members present knew he wouldn’t, the questions were more damaging than not. Think about it, each question was essentially an accusation without sounding like one.
The questions put information in the viewer’s minds, and that information was quite damaging to Fauci, and his cohorts. The questions also reminded anyone watching what Fauci was not only recommending, but damn near forcing on the American people about how we needed to respond to COVID, and the alleged prevention of us getting COVID.
AT FIRST IT WAS REASONABLE…SORT OF
Let’s be honest, at first Fauci and his lot were only suggesting we remain at home, work from home, and when we were finally allowed to venture out in public, we were suggested to keep a 6 foot separation from others.
Indeed, being essentially ordered to remain at home was a bit totalitarian, but at first, it made a bit of sense. Many people, including myself, were quickly allowed to work from home [I was a Civil Engineering Drafter at that time], and that actually became a convenience that many of us became very comfortable with.
But after a long while of this, people started to resent being on a form of house arrest, and they began to openly verbalize their disdain with the whole bit. Shortly after the public outcry, we were allowed outside, and even in public, but stores and other places of business enforced a strict 6 foot gap between other humans rule.
Many restaurants began to offer curbside service, and customers could order food Online, drive to the eatery, and employees would bring the food out to the customers waiting in their vehicles. Grocery stores implemented a similar service. Customers would place their grocery orders Online, and store employees would bring the purchases out.
This was called “No Contact,” and it somehow made the masses feel safer during the plandemic. I mean, total strangers whose health couldn’t be all that well monitored, would touch people’s food, or grocery items, and bring them to people in their vehicles. Yeah…that was safer…
THEN CAME THE VACCINATIONS
As COVID progressed, and more and more people were getting sick and or dying. The masses were getting annoyed with the medical community, and President Trump, because the people thought no one was actually doing anything to deal with the virus.
This of course, resulted in a demand for a vaccine. That inspired the president, the WHO, and anyone involved in the response to COVID-19 to mobilize and not only promise a vaccine in record time, but they actually developed one in less than a year..
Just so you’re aware, it usually takes about 10-15 years – that’s years – to develop a successful vaccine. But the claim was that that duration was shortened for COVID-19 due to extensive research, “decades of related research,” was the claim.
Not sure how “decades of related research” could’ve been conducted with a virus that was only known about for a little over a year. Viruses are similar, yes, but each one has its own strain, and those differences affect the reactions of the hosts so much, it would be very hard to develop a successful vaccine for COVID-19 in less than a year.
That’s why if and when you get a Flu [Influenza Virus] shot every year, you still get the Flu. But the shot is supposed to help you fight off the current strain somehow. Not sure how, as it’s never known what strain of Flu will present itself until people start coming down with the Flu.
So the COVID-19 vaccination could never have prevented people from catching or spreading COVID-19, and it didn’t. In fact, the vaccine did very little to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. But that didn’t stop government entities, employers and the military from demanding people get the vaccination.
Employers fired employees who didn’t get the jab. The military discharged members who didn’t get the jab. And some businesses refused to allow people to shop at their stores or conduct business at places of business unless people could prove they were vaccinated.
THERE WAS RESISTANCE
Many – and I mean MANY – people refused to get the jab, regardless of the consequences, and that made all the COVID-19 warriors and people who willingly got the jab angry. They did all they could to vilify those who refused the vaccination. It almost worked.
But then the courts entered the fray, and ruled that no one could legally force anyone to get the vaccination. You see, those who championed the vaccination were actually trying to make it law that people had to get the jab. The courts were quick to kibosh that, and thus, the anti-vax folks won the day, and were allowed to not get the jab.
THE UGLY TRUTH
Shortly after a ton of people got the jab, and the subsequent boosters that were developed after it was learned the vaccination was essentially useless, many people started having serious medical issues.
The list of adverse effects caused by the COVID vaccine is long. They include, but are not limited to: Cardiac and Vascular Events, Female Infertility, Hearing Conditions, Immune-Mediated Events, Neurologic Events and finally, Sudden Death.
Quite a few of these people who presented with any of these maladies were young, healthy individuals. Dr. Fauci knew this was happening, and he also knew the risks of the COVID vaccine that was rushed into development and distribution.
But all he and his cronies did was deflect and distract the masses with misinformation and outright lies about the safety of the COVID vaccine. Those lies, included with all the lies about the origin of COVID-19, and the lies about the effects of wearing masks, and all the rest that held the world hostage.
Fauci funded dangerous research that led to the plandemic, and he even allegedly destroyed documents that prove all his wrong-doing. Realistically, he should be looking at decades in prison for all he’s done.
THE AUTOPEN PARDON
If you all remember, Joe Biden’s administration was caught using the autopen to sign many documents and granting MANY pardons to people close to Joe. Fauci is one of those people. He was granted FULL immunity to anything related to COVID, so this hearing did very little.
Realistically, even if Fauci answered any questions, nothing would happen to him. That makes it so laughable that he didn’t answer a single question. He must have known he was free and clear, and there was nothing the Senate could do to him.
Let’s be honest, Fauci’s refusal to answer was nothing more than a big “Fuck you” to the Senate, and they know it. Maybe that’s why they’re now exploring Contempt of Congress hearings. That’s where they’ll vote to see if they have enough to hold him in contempt.
THAT WON’T DO ANYTHING EITHER
To hold Fauci in contempt of Congress, The Senate would have to recommend criminal charges under a federal contempt statute. The Senate will then have to hold contempt proceedings. If all goes well with the proceedings, then they will have to issue a contempt citation. Then the case will go before the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, a member of the DOJ.
The citation has no legal consequences unless the DOJ decides to prosecute. The DOJ is a part of the executive branch, and isn’t famous for prosecuting such referrals. However, if the DOJ does elect to prosecute, then the case is presented to a federal grand jury.
Should the grand jury find enough evidence to prosecute, the DOJ will pursue the matter in federal district court. That sounds exciting until we realize that a contempt of Congress conviction is a misdemeanor, and only carries a sentence of up to a year in jail, and a possible $100,000 fine. In other words, a contempt of Congress conviction would really only be a nothing burger, and realistically, not worth all the time and money spent pursuing a conviction.
FLORIDA WANTS IN
Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis opened an investigation into Fauci with plans to potentially prosecute. Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier said on FOX News that he plans to investigate Fauci to see if Fauci violated any Florida state laws, and Uthmeier wants to hold Fauci accountable if he did.
What that translates to is anyone’s guess. What do DeSantis and Uthmeier think they can do to Fauci? If the best the Senate can do is get him convicted of a misdemeanor. What makes these two think they have any more power to do any worse to Fauci?
