The FBI raided the Red Oaks Mill home of Ali Khan Lodhi and allegedly seized two guns, several high-capacity magazines, and an undetermined amount of ammunition. Lodhi, the owner of Black Market Dispensary on Main Street in Poughkeepsie, is a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing firearms. He is facing several new felony charges following the raid.
The feds searched Lodhi’s house and Dodge Durango at 6 a.m. on Wednesday and located a Troy A4 9mm rifle in the garage, near a large gun safe. Three modified magazines. containing ammunition were found near the rifle. Investigators also seized a Glock pistol that was found on the workbench. The gun safe was opened, and several hundred rounds of ammunition were recovered inside.
Lodhi told the agents that the weapons were legally purchased and owned by his “domestic partner”.
Agents spoke to the girlfriend, who stated they were her guns; she gave them to Lodhi to keep secured. When questioned, the FBI says the girlfriend did not know the make or model of the guns and never entered the garage.
According to the complaint filed with the court, the FBI claims to have surveillance footage from the dispensary that shows Lodhi pulling a handgun from his waistband and handing it to another man.

- In 2010, Lodhi was convicted of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to six years in prison followed by five years of post-release supervision.
- In 2017, Lodhi was convicted of felony criminal possession of marijuana and sentenced to three years of probation.
Lodhi was arraigned and ordered held without bail because he is considered a flight risk and a danger to the community, according to the United States Magistrate. A preliminary hearing has been set for August 26, 2026.
