LIBERTY – The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 47-year-old woman after deputies raided a room at the Knights Inn in Liberty and seized a quantity of cocaine and MDMA.
Armed with a search warrant, deputies and Liberty Village Police raided room 114 after receiving ongoing complaints and arrested Shanta Mack on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
She was arraigned and released under the state’s bail reform law.
Sheriff Michael Schiff said working with local law enforcement “isd a multiplier when it comes to addressing these issues.”
Mack was arrested on June 23.
