TOWN OF ULSTER – A 51-year-old Kingston man has been arrested and charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon after he allegedly threatened another person with a knife.
Town of Ulster Police were called to an apartment complex on October 23 for a dispute involving a knife.
An investigation revealed that during a dispute with another resident at the complex, Danil Pritykin pulled a knife and held the blade to the victim’s throat.
No injuries were reported.
Pritykin was taken into custody and transported to Ulster Police Headquarters for processing and they taken tto the Ulster County Jail to await arraignment in Ulster County CAP Court.
