PRESS RELEASE FROM THE ELECTION FAIRNESS INSTITUTE: The main vectors (pathways) for election tampering fall into three main categories: physical and electronic. When an elections officials claim publicly that their elections are tamper-proof or “fraud-free,” they are posturing to cover up reality. When challenged, every such claim is debunked.
In a long-overdue move to secure elections and prevent disenfranchisement of legal voters, Postmaster General David Steiner explained to Congress that under a proposed USPS rule tied to President Trump’s March 31, 2026, Executive Order 14399 (“Ensuring Citizenship Verification and Integrity in Federal Elections”), the Postal Service will not deliver mail-in or absentee ballots to states that fail to comply. The order begs the question, why were ballots being delivered under such conditions in the first place?
EO 14399 directs federal agencies (primarily DHS in coordination with SSA) to create and share “State Citizenship Lists” of confirmed U.S. citizens of voting age with state election officials, drawing from federal databases. It also addresses mail-in ballot procedures via USPS rulemaking, prioritizes enforcement against ineligible voting, and aims to support state efforts to verify voter eligibility in federal elections. “This is another tool that can tighten up the security of the entire system. It is not perfect, but it goes a long way to preventing disenfranchisement of a legal voter by an illegitimate ballot cast,” Says Executive Director of the Election Fairness Institute.
Vote by mail: In almost every state, voters surrendered their personal franchise security for convenience, and in doing so, opened the door to election tampering on a wholesale scale. The United States Postal Service (USPS) became a critical component in the election process when state legislatures across America adopted the mass mailing of public office election ballots. Throwing caution and security to the wind, legislatures made the vote by mail the primary manner in which voters selected their public leaders, from president and Congress to governors and state legislators, and even judges and sheriffs.
Thankfully, the USPS has implemented measures to secure the mail system and ensure that mail is delivered to voters at their known address, rather than to someone else assuming their identity.
Electronic tabulation: We knew in 2016 that the electronic system of ballot tabulation was open to hacking, yet election officials openly lied to Americans, in every state, telling them that the system was secure. We now have the incontrovertible proof that this was a complete fraud. Vendors like Dominion lied to decision makers in an effort to deploy a system that they knew was not at all secure, and could place people in office who were not the choice of the people.
This is the usurpation of citizen franchise and the ultimate offense in voter disenfranchisement, and should be dealt with harshly. It is nothing less than facilitation of a coup d’tat, commonly known as treason. While advocates claim the system is more accurate and secure, the evidence shows it is neither.
Early voting: To round out the trifecta of election tampering, early voting eliminates the disadvantage of not knowing what the outcome is before the real votes are counted. Take for example, the Los Angeles Mayoral election, which is in our estimation a total fraud upon the people. Allowing ballots to enter the system after the known denominator of ballots to be counted is an egregious violation of fair elections, and creates the belief, not mere suspicion but belief, of a rigged election; one where the loser can manufacture enough ballots to win by the thinnest of margins and claim victory. Instead of elections, such events are nothing more than a simulation of an election that is really only a selection by power brokers to maintain control of governing power. Once again, convenience over security.
Solutions: [Name] USPS commissioner has adopted a policy that makes sense for the entire mail system, not just elections. After all, a mailed ballot is just another piece of mail.
NDAA Sec. 6805 requires testing of electronic tabulation systems to make certain that no external signal can enter the election environment while votes are being counted. Anyone who objects ought to be suspect.
For the chain of custody, which is election security, and “results-based” tampering, early voting should be limited to absentee ballots only, and with justification. Legislative expansion of justifications is the proper solution for this. But the indiscriminate mailing of ballots is irresponsible, no matter what the promoters claim. Restrictions serve only to remove the potential for fake ballots and fake voters from the system.
