White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles on Friday denied reports that she is considering leaving the Trump administration, calling the speculation media-driven and saying she remains fully committed to President Donald Trump’s agenda.

Wiles addressed the reports in a post on X, where she pushed back against a Daily Mail story suggesting she could exit her role.

“To be crystal clear, I am not going anywhere,” Wiles wrote. “I am honored and proud to serve President Trump, proud of our team and remain fully committed to advancing his agenda on behalf of the American people.”

Wiles, a longtime Republican strategist and one of the central figures behind Trump’s 2024 campaign operation, has served as White House chief of staff since the beginning of Trump’s second term. She is considered one of the president’s closest advisers and has played a major role in both campaign strategy and governing operations.

In her statement, Wiles accused news organizations of repeatedly trying to create conflict around Trump and those who work for him.

“Some in the media have spent a decade trying to manufacture drama around President Trump and people who work for him,” she wrote. “They were wrong then, and they are wrong now.”

The White House did not immediately issue a separate statement beyond Wiles’ public remarks.

Speculation about senior staff changes has followed Trump throughout his political career, in part because his first administration saw frequent turnover among top aides. Since returning to the White House, Trump has emphasized stability among his senior team while pursuing a second-term agenda centered on immigration enforcement, trade, federal restructuring and other policy priorities.

Wiles’ denial came after what she described as an “accomplishment-filled week” for the president. She did not list specific items in the post, but used the message to make clear that she intends to remain in her role.

She ended the statement with a short sign-off aimed at putting the rumors to rest.

“See you Monday,” Wiles wrote.

As of Friday, there was no indication that a White House leadership change involving Wiles was imminent.
