Ontario Anti-Racism Educator and I Talk About the Importance of Narrative Power

Ontario Anti-Racism Educator and I expose ugly truths about racism in Canada, online attacks, & why narrative power summit is Crucial

Anti-Racism Educator, Life Coach and Entrepreneur Selam Debs joins me for a powerful and unfiltered conversation about narrative power, anti-Black racism in Canada, online hate, and the growing attacks targeting Black voices online.

We break down why controlling our own stories matters now more than ever, how racism continues to impact Black communities across Canada, and why so many Black women in media, activism, and leadership are facing coordinated harassment, threats, and attempts to silence them.

Selam Debs also shares why events like the ADNC Narrative Power Summit 2026 are critical spaces for education, empowerment, media literacy, and community building in a time where narratives can shape public opinion, policy, and even survival.

This conversation is raw, honest, necessary, and one every Canadian needs to hear.
