LIBERTY – The Sullivan BOCES 2026-27 administrative budget of $3.7 million has been approved by the BOCES component school board.
Board officials said that reflects continue collaboration and a shared commitment to providing quality educational programs and services to students across the county.
BOCES also announced the appointment of three members to its board. Incumbent Amador Laput, representing Eldred Central School District, was re-elected. Two new members will also join the board – Maureen Crescitelli representing Liberty Central School District, and Lori Orestano-James, representing Monticello Central School District.
Sullivan BOCES Board members represent each of its component districts. They are elected by the boards of education of those districts, not the general public, and serve three-year terms.
