赋予效应：对已有的已经存在的不会主动改变，会高估已有的而害怕失去不太乐意接受新的
锚定效应：强调先入为主的信息会影响决策，即便该信息是无关的。比如已经有一个number in mind会容易在使用金钱上尽量靠近这个数字

學會愛和尊重自己，是我們好多東亞人需要繼續的一個課題
