There’s a narrative being pushed right now that should make every American stop and think. “They want to take us back to no income tax, no regulations, earn what you want, family inherits everything.” And somehow, that’s being framed as a problem. But let’s be honest—that’s not a problem. That is the American Dream. Somewhere along the way, we’ve allowed people to convince us that freedom is dangerous, that keeping what you earn is unfair, and that building something for your children is wrong. When did we start believing that?
This country was built on the idea that hard work leads to opportunity, and that what you earn belongs to you—not the government first. No income tax means people actually get to keep more of what they work for. Less regulation means businesses can grow, create jobs, and thrive without being suffocated before they even get started. And the idea that your family can inherit what you’ve built—that’s not some radical concept, that’s legacy. That’s parents wanting better for their children. That’s how generational stability is created.
What we’re really seeing is a shift in mindset being pushed on the American people. The more control that’s handed over, the less independence people have. The more that’s taken, the harder it becomes to build anything meaningful. And when people stop believing they can get ahead, they stop trying altogether. That’s not empowerment—that’s dependency.
Wanting to earn what you want is not greed, it’s dignity. Wanting to keep what you earn is not selfish, it’s responsibility. And wanting your family to benefit from what you’ve worked for is not wrong, it’s the very definition of building something that lasts. That’s the foundation this country was built on, and it’s not something we should be apologizing for—it’s something we should be protecting.
