This is not rumor. This is not speculation. This is not “right-wing outrage.”

Articles of Impeachment have officially been filed against Minnesota Governor Tim Walz in the Minnesota House — and it didn’t happen in a vacuum.

For years, Minnesotans have watched Walz rule through executive overreach, ideological extremism, and outright contempt for constitutional limits. From COVID emergency powers that crushed small businesses, to radical policy decisions that prioritized political narratives over public safety, accountability has been nowhere to be found — until now.

Impeachment is not about politics. It is about abuse of power.

It is about a governor who repeatedly bypassed the legislature, ignored the will of the people, and governed as if checks and balances were optional. It is about policies that fueled chaos, enabled lawlessness, and left families and communities to pay the price while the political elite insulated themselves from consequences.

Let’s be clear: impeachment filings don’t happen because someone hurt feelings. They happen when lawmakers believe a governor has crossed legal and constitutional lines serious enough to warrant removal from office.

And that threshold has now been met.

The same administration that presided over unprecedented unrest, exploding crime, and scandal after scandal is now facing the very mechanism designed to stop executive tyranny. This is exactly why impeachment exists — to rein in leaders who believe they are untouchable.

Predictably, the media will rush to minimize this. They’ll call it “symbolic.” They’ll say it’s “unlikely to succeed.” They’ll frame it as partisan theater.

But here’s the truth they don’t want you to focus on: you don’t file articles of impeachment unless there is smoke — and a lot of it.

Minnesotans deserve answers.
They deserve transparency.
They deserve leadership that serves the people — not ideology, not donors, and not political ambition.

Whether the establishment likes it or not, Tim Walz is now formally under the microscope. And once impeachment enters the record, it never goes away.

Accountability has a name.
And today, that name is impeachment.
