Saudi real estate developer Dar Global has announced plans to launch two major Trump-branded luxury developments in Riyadh and Jeddah, with a combined investment value of $10 billion. The projects mark another high-profile collaboration between Dar Global and the Trump Organization and are expected to significantly reshape parts of the Kingdom’s real estate landscape.

According to Dar Global CEO Ziad El Chaar, the Riyadh development will feature a Trump National Golf Course alongside a Trump International Hotel, located in Diriyah. Diriyah is a vast and historically significant development area on the western edge of the Saudi capital that is being transformed into a global cultural, lifestyle, and tourism destination. The project is designed to cater to both international visitors and high-end local demand, blending luxury hospitality with premium leisure facilities.

In Jeddah, Dar Global plans to build a mixed-use development known as Trump Plaza. The project will include upscale residential units and modern office spaces, targeting business leaders, expatriates, and affluent residents seeking premium living and working environments in one of Saudi Arabia’s most important commercial hubs. Jeddah’s role as a gateway to the Red Sea and a center for trade and tourism makes it a strategic location for such a high-end development.

The planned projects align closely with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy, which aims to diversify the country’s economy away from oil by boosting tourism, real estate, and foreign direct investment. El Chaar said the developments are intended to attract international investors and elevate Saudi Arabia’s profile as a destination for global luxury brands and large-scale investment.

The announcement also comes as Saudi Arabia moves forward with regulatory changes that will allow foreigners to own property for the first time in designated areas, starting this month. This policy shift is expected to further stimulate demand for premium real estate and encourage international participation in the Kingdom’s property market.

Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization and son of U.S. President Donald Trump, said the projects are part of a growing series of partnerships between the Trump Organization and Dar Global, the international arm of Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan. He added that the developments are expected to be completed over the next four to five years, underscoring the long-term commitment of both parties to the Saudi market.

Together, the Riyadh and Jeddah projects reflect Saudi Arabia’s broader ambition to position itself as a global destination for luxury living, tourism, and international business, while reinforcing Dar Global’s role as a key player in high-value real estate development across the region.
