Rosanne Boyland did not die anonymously. She died on camera, at the hands of government agents, while the institutions charged with safeguarding truth, justice, and accountability chose a deafening silence. That silence—perpetrated by the Metropolitan Police Department, aided by the U.S. Capitol Police, dramatized by a complicit mainstream media, and cemented by the January 6 unSelect Committee’s deliberate omission and destruction of evidence—exposes something far larger than one woman’s death. It reveals a REPUBLIC IN CRISIS where power protects itself, justice is optional, and truth is treated as disposable.

Video evidence shows MPD Officer Lila Morris striking an unconscious Rosanne Boyland multiple times—unlawfully, without justification, and with a walking stick deliberately picked up from beside Rosanne’s prone, unconscious body. No imminent threat existed. Use of Force training, policy, and law violated. No accountability.

What came next was not a failure of oversight, but rather a coordinated, multi-agency institutional cover-up that has now endured across two administrations and nearly five years. Evidence was ignored. Medical findings were manipulated. A false narrative was cemented into the public record. The question is no longer what happened. The question is how such corruption can persist unchecked within a constitutional republic explicitly designed to prevent it from happening in the first place.

What “America First” MUST Mean—or It Means Nothing at ALL

Few political slogans have carried more cultural weight than “America First” or “Make America Great Again.” But stripped of rhetoric, the principle at stake is far simpler and far more consequential: Does the United States still prioritize its citizens, its Constitution, and equal justice under law?

The defining conflict of our time is no longer left versus right. It is whether self-government still exists at all—or whether it has been supplanted by unaccountable bureaucracies, politicized institutions, and narrative enforcement operating beyond the consent of We the People.

Justice is the equal application of the law. When Congress violates the very Constitution it swore to uphold, justice collapses. When police are shielded for political reasons, justice collapses. When courts apply the law selectively, justice collapses. Without justice, “America First” becomes a hollow slogan—and the Republic itself becomes unsustainable.

History is unambiguous: when power goes unchecked, corruption follows. Censorship, propaganda, and narrative control—once universally recognized as incompatible with the First Amendment—have quietly returned under sanitized labels. The destination of this road is always the same: tyranny.

The 250th Anniversary—and a Constitutional Reckoning

As the United States approaches its 250th anniversary, celebration without accountability would be an act of denial. The American experiment was never guaranteed permanence; it relies on vigilance, virtue, and restraint.

This reality was articulated in General Michael Flynn’s recent open letter designating 2026 as The Year of Accountability. His message resonates not because it is partisan, but because it reflects what millions of Americans already sense: public trust has not merely eroded—it has collapsed. Institutions increasingly protect themselves while citizens bear the cost. [x.com link to Gen Flynn Post]

This is not a political crisis. It is a constitutional one.

The Founders designed a republic—not a pure democracy—precisely to restrain tyranny through checks and balances. Today, those safeguards are failing not accidentally, but systemically.

“A More Perfect Union” Does Not Mean Lawlessness

A more perfect union does not mean endless grievance, ideological enforcement, or rule by faction. It means ordered liberty—freedom constrained by law, accountability, and moral duty. Rights were never meant to exist without responsibility.

Any movement—left or right—that abandons equal protection, due process, and constitutional limits on power abandons the Republic itself.

Compounding this breakdown is the growing influence of foreign interests, multinational corporations, financial institutions, lobbyists, and unelected power brokers operating far from public scrutiny. The result has been a steady erosion of the most essential principle of self-government: the will of We the People.

The Declaration of Independence is explicit—government derives its just powers from the consent of the governed. Its purpose is to secure rights, not suppress dissent. Yet Americans increasingly witness censored speech, constrained religious liberty, a press aligned with power rather than truth, and constitutional protections treated as threats. This is not reform. It is usurpation.

A Path Forward: Justice for Rosanne Boyland

There is still time to correct course. One immediate and necessary step would be the appointment of an independent, non-partisan Special Counsel to investigate the death of Rosanne Boyland on January 6, 2021.

Investigative journalist Cara Castronuova and her team at CC-Investigations have already done what the government has refused to do. Their comprehensive Rosanne Boyland Criminal Referral is the result of years of investigation, hundreds of interviews, thousands of hours of video review, and consultation with eyewitnesses and use-of-force experts.

The referral documents a multi-agency cover-up and exposes a demonstrably false narrative: that a woman sober for more than seven years died of “acute amphetamine intoxication,” while clear video evidence of severe physical trauma was omitted from the official autopsy by the Washington, D.C. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

If the Republic is to endure another 250 years, Americans must choose justice over power, truth over convenience, and constitutional principle over political expediency.
