This is the impressive view from Riederalp in the Vallis. We were very lucky that the last gondola does not go down into the valley until long after sunset. So we were able to film the whole sunset. The small village of Riederalp lies directly below the largest glacier in the Alps, the Aletsch Glacier, and it got very chilly very quickly. If I'm honest, I got cold. Very cold. My husband didn't get cold, but that's normal. That's normal, isn't it?
