Today we are preparing an incredibly tender chicken fillet casserole 🍗, which is baked until crispy together with potatoes, onions and garlic 🧅🧄🥔. The whole thing is topped with a light, creamy egg filling 🥛🥚 and a layer of melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella 🧀! And as a wonderful addition, we have our own spicy sauce with crispy pickled cucumbers 🥒🌿, which will simply blow you away! 🤤

🍽 Ingredients for the main course:

600g fresh chicken fillet

2-3 tablespoons olive oil, a

little oil

a pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon dried garlic

1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

a pinch of freshly ground black pepper

1 large onion

2 fresh garlic cloves

800g potatoes

a pinch of salt and a little black pepper (for the potatoes)

120g sour cream (for garnish)

2 fresh eggs

120g mozzarella

Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes

🥣 For the perfect sauce:

40g sour cream

1/2 tablespoon whole-grain mustard

1 tablespoon ketchup

2 pickled cucumbers

fresh spring onions
